Diet, more than any other health related issue, is the most important part of our lives and the one subject that is arguably most contended. Diet is your daily eating habits - not a temporary "plan".

The average person wants to find "something" that will quickly alter their physical appearance to their satisfaction. Because nearly every book, plan, professional and source profiting from the health industry only tells you what you "want" to hear as opposed to what you need, you don't get the information to actually provide the results you desire.
